233 Sauce (Shito) Tofu Skillet
Description:
A balanced plant-based dish combining tofu and vegetables simmered in 233 Shito.

Ingredients:
1 block firm tofu (cubed)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 tbsp 233 Shito
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and cook tofu until lightly browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions and vegetables until softened.
Add garlic if desired and cook briefly.
Season with all-purpose seasoning and black pepper.
Add 233 Shito and vegetable stock, stirring well.
Return tofu to the pan and cook for 8–10 minutes until flavors combine.
