  • Salt (recommended Jollof Stew to salt ratio)

    • 1000 ml: 1 tbsp

    • 500 ml: 1/2 tbsp

    • 250 ml: 3/4 tsp

  • 2 jars of rice

    • Jasmine or Basmati rice is recommended for best results
