233 Jollof Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 cup 233 Jollof Stew
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 onion
1/4 cup milk or stock
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté onions until soft.
In a bowl, combine macaroni, Jollof Stew, onions, milk or stock, all-purpose seasoning, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer to a baking dish and top evenly with cheese.
Bake until heated through and the top is golden.
