233 Jollof Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni

  • 1 cup 233 Jollof Stew

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1/4 cup milk or stock

  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Sauté onions until soft.

  3. In a bowl, combine macaroni, Jollof Stew, onions, milk or stock, all-purpose seasoning, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top evenly with cheese.

  5. Bake until heated through and the top is golden.
