233 Jollof Steak Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (sliced)

  • Tortillas

  • 2 cups jollof rice

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1/2 bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup 233 Jollof Stew

  • 1/4 cup stock

  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season sliced steak with all-purpose seasoning, 233 Sauce (Shito) and black pepper, ensuring even coating.

  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook steak until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.

  4. Add Jollof Stew and stock, then cook jollof rice as per instructions.

  5. Warm tortillas and assemble with jollof rice, vegetables, and steak mixture.
