233 Jollof Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
4 bell peppers
2 cups jollof rice
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup 233 Jollof Stew
1/4 cup stock
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season with all-purpose seasoning and black pepper, mixing well.
Add Jollof Stew and stock, simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine with jollof rice and fill peppers.
Place in baking dish, cover, and bake until peppers are tender.
