233 Sauce (Shito) Beef Stir Fry

Tender beef stir-fried with vegetables and 233 Shito for a bold and savory dish.

Ingredients:
1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp 233 Shito
1/2 onion (sliced)
1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup beef stock
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Season beef lightly with all-purpose seasoning and black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and cook beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until slightly softened.
Add 233 Shito and stir to coat vegetables.
Pour in beef stock and return beef to the pan.
Cook for 3–5 minutes until well combined and slightly reduced.
