233 Sauce (Shito) Loaded Fries

Ingredients:

  • French fries

  • 1 tbsp 233 Shito

  • 1/4 cup stock

  • Cooked chicken or beef (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Cook fries until golden and crispy.

  2. In a pan, heat 233 Shito with stock and all-purpose seasoning.

  3. Add protein if using and heat through.

  4. Spoon the mixture over fries and serve immediately.
