Ingredients:
French fries
1 tbsp 233 Shito
1/4 cup stock
Cooked chicken or beef (optional)
1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning
Instructions:
Cook fries until golden and crispy.
In a pan, heat 233 Shito with stock and all-purpose seasoning.
Add protein if using and heat through.
Spoon the mixture over fries and serve immediately.
