233 Sauce (Shito) Spicy Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups rice (washed)
2 tbsp 233 Sauce Shito
2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened.
Add garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in 233 Shito and cook for 2–3 minutes to release its flavor.
Add washed rice and stir to coat evenly.
Pour in stock, then add all-purpose seasoning and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 15–20 minutes.
Fluff and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
