Honey 233 Sauce (Shito) Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp 233 Shito
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
Pat salmon dry and lightly season both sides with black pepper and paprika.
In a bowl, mix 233 Shito, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly crisp.
Flip the salmon and reduce heat slightly.
Spoon the glaze over the salmon and continue cooking, basting frequently, for another 4–5 minutes.
Cook until the glaze thickens and coats the fish. Remove from heat and rest before serving.
