233 Sauce (Shito) Vegetable Stir Fry

Description:
A quick plant-based stir fry using fresh vegetables coated in 233 Shito for bold flavor.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2–3

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)

  • 1/2 onion (sliced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp 233 Sauce Shito

  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onions and cook until slightly softened.

  3. Add vegetables and cook until lightly browned but still crisp.

  4. Add garlic and cook briefly.

  5. Season with all-purpose seasoning and black pepper.

  6. Stir in 233 SauceShito and vegetable stock.

  7. Cook for 5–7 minutes until well coated and slightly reduced.
