233 Sauce (Shito) Vegetable Stir Fry

A quick plant-based stir fry using fresh vegetables coated in 233 Shito for bold flavor.

Ingredients:
2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
1/2 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp 233 Sauce Shito
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add onions and cook until slightly softened.
Add vegetables and cook until lightly browned but still crisp.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Season with all-purpose seasoning and black pepper.
Stir in 233 SauceShito and vegetable stock.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until well coated and slightly reduced.
